VOLUNTEERS:
High School Tennis Players can earn valuable community service hours in
exchange for volunteering to serve as umpires / coaches for YLT matches.
They serve as positive role models and help encourage Youth to work towards
playing High School Tennis. In addition each High School team is rewarded by
the USTA with a FREE case of Wilson tennis balls for every
32 hours that
their teammates serve.
Players select the site and dates where they want to
serve. To see a schedule of YLT sites near you
click on YLT Sites above.
Parent Volunteers are also needed at each site to assist the YLT Site
Director. As with all non-profit youth sports leagues, parents are needed to
provide supervision, umpires and guidance.
