The League Meets on 8 Saturdays or Sunday afternoons between
June 21 - August 10, 2008

Play-Offs are scehduled to run on 8/24

• Additional sites and dates will be posted as they are confirmed.

• YLT provides up to 2 rain day make-ups each season as needed. 

• No child will be permitted to play without a signed YLT waiver.
   

SUMMER SESSION FEE SCHEDULE

• Register by April 21, 2008: $135.00 Session Fee
• Register between April 22 - June 13, 2008: $145.00 Session Fee
• Register on or after June 14, 2008:  $155.00 Session Fee

• Balls, trophy, progress report & 8 classes are included in all session fees.

• YLT t-shirts may be purchased @ registration for $12.00 per shirt. T-shirts are optional.

SCHOLARSHIP REDUCED SESSION FEES

• 3 Levels of reduced fees includes balls, a t-shirt & a trophy

TENNIS RACQUETS  (Great Deals offered at The Sports Authority & Sportmart)

• Players must provide their own tennis racquets. YLT recommends Wilson tennis racquets for all ages and all level players .

• New players ages 7 should purchase a 23" Wilson Jr Racquet. New players ages 8-9 should purchase a 25' Wilson Jr Racquet. New players ages 10-14 should purchase an Adult light weight Wilson presturng Racquet with a small girp (4.0 - 4 1/8) Intermediate or Advanced players should purchase a performance Wilson Racquet (comes unstrung). Look at the K line of Wilson racquets!

  YLT recommends Wiilson or the adidas barricade shoe for comfort, durability and stability.
   

USTA    (United States Tennis Association)

• You can become a Jr member of the USTA when you register to play YLT.  $18.00 includes a Junior membership for 1 year, a subscription to the USTA newsletter, Tennis magazine and discount tickets to local tennis events.  Players must be members of the USTA before they can compete in sanctioned So Cal tournaments.

REFUND POLICY AND DEADLINE

• If you wish to withdraw from the league & receive a refund, you must withdraw in writing via mail, fax or email before JUNE 13, 2008. 
  There is a non-refundable $25.00 cancellation fee, in the event of a refund.

• NO refunds are issued for ANY reason after JUNE 13, 2008, once you have been registered. 
• In the event that you register to play at a full site and we are unable to place you at your 1st or 2nd choice, you will automatically receive a full refund.

• Refunds will be processed after the league begins.

• There are no refunds for rain outs or natural disasters.  
  Up to 2 make ups are provided per season for rain outs. 

• There are no refunds due to time changes.  Times are subject to change.

Youth League Tennis Levels are described below for your reference.
Only the Green level has an instructor on the court at all times.
All other levels will enjoy organized, competitive match play
with players of equal level and receive level appropriate coaching on match skills. 
YLT Rules of Match Play have been created to take into account each players ability and allow all kids to compete successfully!

We recommend that kids who enjoy and learn well in a group setting
sign up to play YLT.
