THAT YOU VOLUNTEER
You are responsible for keeping track
of your own hours. Your league director must
sign off on each date that you volunteer. After the season
is finished, you can submit this log to your school or fax or mail in all of your recorded
hours, so that we can provide you with an accurate account
of the community service hours that you have earned.
You will receive your credit within 2 weeks of submitting
your hours log.
